Anxiety Energetic Support

This session is a 1 hour session can be in person or via zoom. As someone who has experience the crippling affects of anxiety myself and have learned to navigate it better. I can offer energetic support, coaching, tips, tricks and tools to help you through this journey.

Once you have had a consultation to make sure that I am not only the correct fit for you as well as make sure this is the service that fits your needs, a session will be booked after the initial consultation.
